We started the month with a trip to Dallas for a Bridal Shower. Gayle got lots of loot and it was fun to help with last minute wedding details. The boys escaped to the lake (big surprise!) for a day of fishing. Here are some snapshots from the weekend.

Just two weeks later, we were headed back to Texas for the big shindig! We had such a great time with friends and family including a Texas-style Rehearsal Dinner,Rodeo and the big day. Here are just a few of our favorite pictures from the weekend.

At the end of the month, we headed to a Kenny Chesney concert...and yes both John and I thought his "tractor was sexy"!
The last weekend in April we headed up to Espanola, NM...a small town in between Santa Fe and Taos. John got some new fishing gear and wanted to break it in..too bad he only caught some algae! We all had a good time anyway.

WOW! Two were busy reading your blog made me tired LOL. Beautiful bride and groom! It looks like you guys had a wonderful time. John my how happy you look I am glad to see you and your wife are enjoying life that's what it is all about. She is very beautiful. I think I have said this before but you two are very lucky to have each other and have a love that is strong. Keep it alive!!! John, I have not seen your mom in years so to see a picture of her is wonderful she looks very good and happy... tell her I said hello and I hope all is well..Life is good here Tony, the kids and I are well.. we have had some unfortunate untimely deaths in both of our families in the last 6 months so we have postponed our wedding and pushed it out for about 6 months. I will keep you posted on the happenings as they are coming along. I would love to have the two of you at the wedding since you are considered my little bro (you will never out live that title so deal with it LOL) I need your address to send you the invitation and tickets to the park if you are going to attend if possible (we are getting married at Disneyland and paying for our wedding guests to get into park for day) I hope you will join us. I will definitely give you a date soon as I know planning a trip and arranging time off is hectic. And bring your babies (the doggies) we love animals out here too.
